Tower House are offering FREE, friendly and understanding Grief Peer Support Group sessions for those aged 50+ who have experienced bereavement.



Newcomers are most welcome, the group is small and confidential, and is faciliated by kind and patient volunteers who are trained in grief support and are very experienced in the field.



This group reaches out to local older people who may find themselves at one of the loneliest and most vulnerable points in their life; and aims to help support them to navigate this through learning from the experiences of others alongside sharing their own.



Dates are: Tuesdays 2-4 on 13th Oct, 27th Oct, 10th Nov, 24th Nov, 8th Dec and 22nd Dec.

Lovely home made cakes baked on the premises, at Tower House coffee shop open 9-4 Mon, Tues, Weds and 9-2 Thursday /Friday. Courgette and lime cake is proving to be very popular.
