This week, we’re bringing together four Gujarati-inspired favourites in one incredible tiffin, with that wonderful mix of sweet, salty, spicy and tangy flavours that makes Gujarati food so special.
Expect creamy Macai Mirch, rich and comforting Kolki Black Dal, cumin and lemon-spiced potatoes and sweet potatoes, and fragrant Masala Rice to bring it all together.
And there’s a little family history in the dal too – a recipe that has travelled across three continents, passed from family to friend, and will eventually find its way onto your plate. 🫶🏾
