Calling all independent food people! We’re looking for the next kitchens to take up residence at The Brunswick.
Kitchen in Residence is our rotating food series: every three months, a new team takes over the kitchen and brings their own menu to the pub. It’s a space for established chefs trying something new, street food favourites ready for a longer run, or emerging kitchens looking for somewhere to begin.
Our b**r rotates, our stage introduces new artists, and we want our food to keep bringing something new to the table too.
