Salt Shed and Churrasco Staff Summerparty - every year we shut to the public and throw a massive party for our staff just for getting through summer. Thers a quiz, karaoke, staff awards, bottomless bar, food and it always ends with some very drunken sports day activities at silly o’clock in the morning. Best off all we get to thank our new comers for stepping up and say goodbye to some of our older staff who are leaving the city and give them the proper salt shed send off they deserve.

This brand would be nothing without these lovely people so thanks for everything team

Our mac and cheese is the perfect Saturday side. It’s naughty but elegant.

We use three types of cheese for the perfect cheese pull, then run through some bacon jam to balance it all out.

Initially, everyone thought this combination of flavours wouldn’t work. But when we blind tasted it with the team, they all chose this one.
