2024 was a very challenging year for our family, I had a lot of stuff going on personally and and it certainly did not shape up to be the year I wanted it to be. 2025 however I’m feeling super inspired, in a very good place and ready to take on any challenges that may arise!!! I was feeling particularly inspired last night when cooking. Pop ups/events and whatever comes next in my cooking, I’m gonna step it up and really challenge myself to do the best I possibly can. Here’s a few pics of what I cooked last night:
