Apiary is closing - Part 2
The Bees 🐝 - The Staff 🧑🍳 - The Venue 🏡
Couple of things I wanted to talk about regarding what’s happening next for us & Apiary…
🐝 The Bees - They’re staying with me, and will form part of our plans as we lay the foundation for what’s next…
The Bee Experience Days will continue through the summer. Only a handful of spaces left at the moment, but if there is demand for more dates then I will happily put on more.
For groups of 6+ we offer a private tour and 10% in total ticket price.
🧑🍳 The Staff - In Monika we have one of the most talented chefs in the city. Her food is amazing, her creativity seems to be limitless, and she’s just a great person to work with. Of course we cannot say what she will do next, but if she remains in kitchens then she will be a real asset to the venue as a whole.
🏡 The Venue - Not yet on the market, but will be soon. 25-30 covers upstairs, potential for another 10-15 downstairs. Small but well equipped kitchen. Bar has everything you need. Great location, great neighbours. What more could you ask for. If you’re interested, drop me a line: [email protected].
