Spaghetti frutti di mare
King prawns, calamari, fresh mussels, garlic, chilli, white w**e and finsihed with napoli sauce.

Pizza caprese
Pesto and tomato, bocconcini mozzeralla, roasted vine cherry tomatoes, parmesan, basil.

Pork ribs
Braised pork ribs served with sticky jasmine rice, spring onions and coriander.

With the contracts signed suppose ill finally say.

Dough Northowram is ont way.
Well be taking over the site previously known as nanas social dining, 22 smoke house, the queen Vic! 37 Bradford Rd just off shelf roundabout.

The hard work starts now to get it where we'd like it to be for us. Exciting but mainly scary.
Wish us luck!

Classic margarita/ chorizo
One off the old menu, well two.
Tomato, bocconcini mozzeralla, basil, olive oil.
Or add chorizo for the old chorizo pizza.

Cotoletta di maiale alla milanese
Breaded escallope of pork tenderloin. Served on a saffron risotto, crispy sage.

Deep fried mozzeralla
You know the deal!
Napoili sauce, grated parmesan.

Homemade tiramisu.
Just getting some practice in 😉

Specials.

Pizza con fichi e prosciutto
Tomato, little fior di latte mozzeralla, baked parma ham, sliced fresh figs, goats cheese, red onion. Finished with a balsamic glaze.

Ragù di anatra e 'nduja
Pulled roast duck and nduja ragu. Tossed with egg tagliatelle and finished with a splash of cream. Rich, and with a slight heat from the beaut calabrain sausage.

Salt n pepper burger
One dough beef patty, chinese style battered salt n pepper chicken thighs, served in a toasted bun with with napa cabbage, pickeld ginger and chilli mayo. Comes with fries.

Time to let the cat out the bag.
Over the past 3 very stressful months ive been working on the acquisition of a restaurant.
That being said the takeaway will remain also!

To be honest its been a nightmare, but.
Its very nearly done 🥳.

Its all very exciting and absolutely terrifying in equal measure.(maybe 40/60 tbh)

Im not giving the details as to where just yet (not done till its done), but i can say its not in Brighouse! Too many restaurants to add another for me personally! Not far away though 😉

I do however need to get the ball rolling for the following positions.

Tomato, pearl mozzeralla (bocconcini), nduja, fresh basil, hot honey.

The "beef" burger
Inspired by the the classic beef sandwich from Chicago made famous by the tv program the bear.
1 burger patty, american cheese, thinly sliced roast beef, giardiniera (Italian pickled veg). Then soaked in a light beef jus. Served with fries.

Penne con pollo e chorizo
Penne pasta tossed with sliced chorizo and chicken, in a creamy tomato sauce finished with a touch of basil pesto.

You know how to order by now 😉

Another week another specials!!!! 😴

Pizza manzo
Tomato, fior di latte mozzeralla, chopped braised beef, sauteed white onion, chilli flakes, sriracha mayonnaise.

Satay burger
Buttermilk chicken breast, Satay braised chicken thighs, homemade satay sauce, in a toasted bun with lettuce and a red onion jam. Served with fries.

Cannelloni spinaci e ricotta
Fresh pasta filled with spinach and ricotta. Served like a lasagne i guess 🤷🏼. Im sure you understand. 😂
