🌿 We’re Hiring at The Shrub! 🌿
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic person to join our growing team at The Shrub.
As part of our busy cafe, no two days are the same! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and genuinely loves providing excellent customer service.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
* Making coffees and preparing drinks
* Taking customer orders
* Waiting tables
* Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the cafe
* Keeping the cafe clean, tidy and welcoming
* Chatting with customers and creating a great experience
* Taking bookings and answering customer enquiries
* Supporting the team wherever needed
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Organised and able to multitask
* A positive, can do attitude
* Reliable, hardworking and a great team player
Previous cafe or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right person.
