We’re looking for two brilliant people to join our little independent coffee shop team at Ten Steps.

☕ Hands-On Managerial Role
We’re looking for someone experienced, confident and genuinely passionate about hospitality. This is very much a hands-on role, leading from the front, supporting the team, maintaining high standards and helping us deliver the warm, friendly experience Ten Steps is known for.

🍳 Part-Time Kitchen / Hospitality Role
A varied role for someone happy to get stuck in! You’ll be helping with food preparation and kitchen duties alongside supporting the wider hospitality team when needed.

For both roles, we’re looking for people who are reliable, positive, hardworking, great team players and genuinely care about giving customers a brilliant experience.

Like so many of you, we’ve been watching the devastating news unfold over the last 24 hours, alongside people across the country. Seeing something so frightening happening so close to home, and knowing people within our own community have been affected, is heartbreaking. ❤️

There isn’t much we can say to make things better, but we want you to know our door is open.

If you need somewhere familiar to sit, a friendly face, a listening ear, a little bit of normality or simply a good cup of coffee, please come in. You’ll always be welcome here.

We’re incredibly grateful to our emergency services and everyone who has stepped up to help and protect our community.

Ten Steps has always been about more than coffee. It’s about people, and right now, we’re here for ours. ❤️
