We had the privilege for catering for a formal centenary dinner for 130 guests at RAF Cosford last week.

The event consisted of a served three course meal followed by coffee. With various speeches and formalities their was a precise running order to fit around the meal.

The starter was a Leek and Potato Soup with crispy leeks and herb crouton. This was followed by beautiful English Sirloin of Beef accompanied with full silver service vegetables and potatoes. The dessert was chocolate and salted caramel tart followed by coffee.

It was a wonderful occasion with the raf volunteer band also playing throughout the evening.

We were also delighted to get such an amazing review off the event organiser!

Last week we went back with our friends at Veseyans Rugby Club for two more fantastic events.

On Friday it was the sportsman's lunch for over 600 guests. A full served menu with a pate starter, beef main course, and glazed apple tart for dessert followed by cheese and biscuits and coffee. All served as efficiently as possible around the after lunch speakers.

On Saturday, it was the rugby club ball with a served three course menu for 160 guests. For both events, the food was cooked fresh on-site from our mobile kitchens, and all crockery,cutlery, linen, and staff were included in our service.

We had the pleasure of catering a VIP awards dinner at RAF Cosford in Hangar 3 on Thursday!

Our guests enjoyed a choice of starter, sirloin of beef with dauphinoise potatoes, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake for dessert.

We had lovely feedback and were delighted to receive a round of applause, and sitting in a Jaguar training jet was the perfect ending to an amazing night!

It has been a busy week for our very own Becky and the Plyvine team with big and prestigious events.

When she isn't running the office, handling our finances, or dealing with our lovely customers, she loves to be on the front line! Seeing an event from enquiry to completion and meeting the client is something she loves.

This week, as well as all the admin and finances, she has been front of house, helping in the kitchen and mixing with celebs! Surely she can't fly a plane, though?! 🙈

The buffet also includes fresh market vegetables, potatoes or rice, your choice of dessert, professionally laid tables with crockery and cutlery, heated food units and experienced uniformed staff.
