We're looking to raise funds to complete the freehold purchase of The Pymore Inn, giving you part ownership in the property itself
We need your help to complete the purchase of the freehold property for The Pymore Inn. We're fortunate to have the opportunity to buy the premises from the current landlord
For the past 3 years, Jurassic Pub Company and a fantastic team have operated The Pymore Inn successfully, and the business has grown.
We've won some awards, held some exciting and interesting events, and hopefully re established ourselves as an integral part of the community - needed more than ever these days ! We're looking to build on this with our solid and stable team that know and love the business, and our customers.
We're not asking for a gift - it's an stake in 'The Pymore Inn Freehold Ltd' that will own the freehold building with an annual market interest rate payment, and the Jurassic Pub Company remains as the operating tenant, guaranteeing a monthly rent, so, even in these uncertain times, the funding is 'safe as houses' !
Ideally we're looking for an initial term of at least 2 years, with the option to extend or sell back, and being a hospitality business, there will certainly be 'tasty' incentives and an annual jamboree to make it an interesting as well as sensible project.
