Due to a member of our team heading off on maternity leave, we’re now looking for someone new to Join Team Kings! ❤️

We’re looking for a part-time member of staff to help with general bar duties, working mainly weekends and evening shifts.

🍺 Full training will be given, but we’re looking for someone who:
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Has a friendly, positive attitude
• Loves meeting and chatting with customers
• Is happy to go the extra mile and provide great customer service
• Has a smile that can brighten up the bar! 😁

As most of you know, we sadly lost one of our hand pulls to the ever-popular Lilley’s Cider. 🍎🍏

But we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to squeeze another pump in for all you real ale drinkers! After a little switch around, we’ve managed it. 👌

So, on the new pump to start with we have Timothy Taylor’s Landlord, soon to be occupied by Little Critters Nektar. 🍺

You lovely lot have been asking if we’re going to launch a loyalty scheme… and as always, we’ve listened!

Starting tomorrow, our Kings Arms Loyalty Scheme is officially launching.

🍺 Buy 10 pints and get your 11th pint on the house!

Simply ask for a loyalty card at the bar, collect your stamps, and enjoy a free pint when your card is full.

It’s our way of saying thank you for all the support from our amazing locals. See you at the bar! 🍻

Brewery: White Rose Brewery (Mexborough, South Yorkshire)
Style: English Pale Ale
ABV: 4.2%
Taste: Light golden ale with a balanced, fruity and hoppy character, a gentle bitterness, and an easy-drinking finish. Beer drinkers often describe it as refreshing and well-balanced.

Cider: Lilleys Pina colada

ABV: 3.4%
Style: Sweet fruit cider
Flavour: Pineapple, coconut and a hint of rum flavour blended with crisp Somerset cider.
Dietary: Gluten-free and suitable for vegans.

Today we're celebrating the brilliant mind behind our amazing new butterscotch vodka, proof that the great ideas come from great people! And she’s already got plans for 2 limited edition flavours for Xmas!

To our wonderfully unique manager: powered by ADHD, fuelled by OCD, happiest with a glass of Disaronno Velvet in hand, and forever reminding us that whales, octopuses and coral reefs are far more interesting than football (even if the rest of us occasionally disagree! 🐋🐙📺⚽).

Wishing you a birthday filled with laughter, great drinks, fascinating nature documentaries, smutty dragon fantasy books and absolutely zero football unless you choose it! 🥂🎁

Well… what a night! 🍻

Steve was pushed to his limits and somehow survived the chaos behind the bar! In fact, he did such a good job that we reckon we might actually be able to make a barman out of him yet. 😂

A massive thank you to Steve for being such a good sport, and an even bigger thank you to everyone who came down to show their support. The atmosphere was incredible, and thanks to all of you we’ve managed to raise an amazing £433.30 for Steve’s chosen charity, Purr-fect Pals. 🐱❤️

We genuinely appreciate every single person who bought a drink, donated, or came along for a laugh.

Now for the important question… who would you like to see behind the bar next? 🤷😂🍺
