The final race of the series is done so now it’s time to get back to some kind of normality - whatever that is! 🤣🤣

👨‍🍳Well here goes….the final ultra of the series this Saturday 19th September:
just a little 63 mile jaunt this time.

🪢Gail and team will be holding the ropes while I have a little meander down the coast from Guisborough to Filey, hopefully finishing before the 2am cut off on Sunday.

🍰Whilst the menu will be more limited, we will still be serving our delicious coffees and snacks from the cabinet plus sandwiches for brunch.

I will return on Wednesday with tales of my last adventure and look forward to seeing you all. 🏃‍♀️🗻

🍲Roasted Parsnip Soup 🍲

Straight from the allotment, there’s no surprises how we used the homegrown parsnips. Roasted in the oven with turmeric, mustard & cumin seeds and finished with a dash of double cream and a sprig of coriander - delicious! 😋
