Apparently, this order was “burnt” and worthy of a full refund through Uber Eats…🤷🏻‍♂️

These photographs show the actual chips, sausage and bread cake as the order was being prepared and packed.

We’ll let you decide—does this look burnt to you?

We always take genuine complaints seriously and will put things right when we make a mistake. However, refund claims should be honest and supported by evidence. False claims cost small family businesses money and are unfair to the staff who prepare each order with care.

This was the condition of the food when it left our premises.

We have started selling Hake and proving popular .

Sustainable
Larger fillets then our haddock fillets
*We can sell it Cheaper then haddock fillets
*Same quality as our haddock fillets
*We sell Hake Meal deals in our cafes which include Hake, chips , side and a hot drink .

We have tried to push the Hake as a good, larger fillet and to top it off a cheaper alternative to haddock.

Regarding our garden area we have spent a lot of time, money and effort to improve it every year

Hopefully this year will be the best we have had it. Any suggestions on planting for next year is always welcome .

I am hoping to post some pictures once the plants and flowers have established more.
