3 years ago today we opened our doors on our South Beach shop, just in time for the summer bank holiday🥹Since then we have served thousands of customers, opened our seafood shop, become people’s ‘go-to’ ice cream fix, and gone viral (just incase you didn’t know already)🤩
We are so proud of our shop & love serving you all day in day out. Thank you all for keeping us busy and making every day a treat🥳

🍦 CUSTOMER SERVICE DILEMMA 🍦

So we got this 1-star review yesterday… apparently our ice cream is “nice” but we need “better training” because a child licked their ice cream and it fell off the cone! 😅

We’re genuinely curious - should ice cream shops now be responsible for teaching proper eating technique? Are we expected to provide anti-gravity cones? Should we install safety nets?

Are we being unreasonable, or is this review a bit much?
