Upcoming Supper Clubs 💖
Join for a five course vegan tasting menu inspired by the seasons. Each dish is crafted from local and foraged ingredients, thoughtfully paired to celebrate the flavours of the season. As we shift towards Spring we’ll soon be welcoming back some of our favourite foraged greens including wild garlic, stinging nettle & young hogweed shoots!
Our menu changes each month and is shared on the day. Here’s a few dishes from our latest Supper Club if you’re wondering what kind of deliciousness is normally getting served up 🫶🏻
• Jerusalem artichoke veloute, smoked tofu cream, raddicho, pickled beet liquor w/ pear, rosemary & pine needle ‘honea’ focaccia
• smoked cardamom, yoghurt & pistachio financier, bay leaf crème diplomat, rosewater whipped ‘mascarpone’, Yorkshire forced rhubarb, salted pistachio tuile and praline, rhubarb crisp
• tortellini with preserved lemon macadamia ‘ricotta’, beetroot cream, crispy dulse, oyster mushroom, cavolo nero
• celeriac steak, rye & hazelnut crumble, kombucha chimichurri, winter herbs, green lentil
• blood orange, coconut ice cream, dill granita, crumble
• salted pistachio dark chocolates for our V day guests 💘
