Saturday 29th August was an absolute belter.

DJ Cammie’s Karaoke Rave had The Harp packed. We’d have got more photos, but I could only escape from behind the bar when it got quieter… which wasn’t often.

Big shout to everyone who sang, danced, shouted and made the night what it was.

We’re launching something a little different at The Harp. 💛

Bumps & Babies starts Monday 14th September, 10am–midday.

A relaxed weekly support and social group for expecting parents, new parents and babies up to 9 months old.

No classes. No pressure. No need to know anyone before you come in. Just a warm, easy-going space to get out of the house, have a chat and meet other people at a similar stage.

Bank Holiday weekend starts here. 🍻

Tonight: Karaoke with Ed — 8pm start.

You know the drill. Pick a song, grab a drink, and either absolutely smash it or make everyone else feel better about themselves.

Then we’re straight back at it tomorrow with Karaoke Rave with DJ Cammie, followed by the Bridgnorth Music Festival DJ After-Party on Sunday.

Three nights. One pub. Very little sensible behaviour expected.

Friday — Karaoke with Ed, 8pm
Saturday — Karaoke Rave with DJ Cammie, 7pm
Sunday — Bridgnorth Music Festival DJ After-party, 6pm

On Sunday we’ve also got a prime view of the High Street stage. Get down early, get a table, watch it all from the pub like sensible people.

Then stay for the after-party.

Apparently that’s the Marines.

And frankly, they’d be proud of the lengths we’re going to in order to fit a five-piece band onto our stage.

Obstacle number one: floor monitor.

Solution: put the bastard on a table.

Done.
