✨ One Last Weekend at The Witch on the Water ✨

As many of you now know, this is our final weekend before we hand the tearoom over to its new owners Chris and Anita on 1st June.

What started as a little tearoom became so much more. A place filled with laughter, conversations, friendship, dogs under tables, cake-fuelled catch-ups, and so many lovely familiar faces week after week. So many of you became part of our extended little family and I honestly can’t thank you enough for the support, kindness and loyalty you’ve shown over the years. ❤️

Running the tearoom has been an incredible journey, but the time has come for me to turn the page and begin a new chapter. I will miss this place, and all of you, more than words can say.

This is your last chance to pop in and say bye to the carrot cake and the Frangipane 😂

We’ve got the mill wheel turning, sunshine ordered (hopefully 😅), lots of tasty treats and one final cake counter packed full of favourites…

It's with joy & excitement to announce as from June we will taking over millies tearoom ( formerly know as the witch on the water) at daniels mill, Bridgnorth.
We will be serving our famous homemade cakes, soups, sandwiches, breakfast, afternoon teas & more.

After a lot of thought, we have made the very difficult decision to hand The Witch on the Water over to Chris and Anita who will be taking over from 1st June.

This little tearoom has been such a huge part of my life and I honestly can’t thank everyone enough for all the support, kindness and loyalty over the years. So many of you have become familiar faces and friends, and it really has felt more like a little community than just a business.

The reality is that alongside my studies and everything else life has thrown at me, I’ve realised I simply can’t keep juggling everything anymore. It definitely hasn’t been an easy decision, but I know in my heart it’s the right one.

I truly hope you’ll continue to support the new family as warmly as you’ve supported me. The Witch on the Water is a very special place and I’d love to see it continue to thrive for many years to come.

So… we’ve got just TWO weekends left together — including this Bank Holiday weekend — and we’re planning one last little hurrah! 🍾

We have a temporary alcohol licence in place for the weekend, so alongside the cakes, lunches and usual favourites, we’ll also be serving Prosecco, wines and beers.

If you’ve been meaning to pop in for one more visit, this Bank Holiday weekend would be lovely ❤️
