Today I had a lovely surprise while dropping off a delivery.

A wonderful customer showed me her collection of Dilraz menus from over the years — some going back almost 20 years. I was honestly amazed to see how carefully they had been kept, still in such lovely condition.

She even had multiple copies of a few and kindly gave some back to us to keep.

Moments like this mean so much. It reminds us that Dilraz has been part of people’s homes, family meals and memories for many years.

A very special little moment at Dilraz tonight ❤️⚽

We had the pleasure of celebrating Harley’s 10th Birthday with his family this evening, and he absolutely made my night.

Harley came in proudly wearing his Bridgnorth Spartans kit sponsored by Dilraz — and he was actually the first youngster to visit us wearing the new kit! Seeing the smile on his face and how proud he was to wear it was genuinely lovely.

He even wanted a photo together, which made the moment that little bit more special.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Harley and his lovely parents and having them celebrate such an important birthday with us.

Happy 10th Birthday, Harley! 🎂⚽❤️

Keep wearing that shirt with pride — we’ll certainly be cheering you and the Spartans on! 🏆
