🍻 A Quick Note from the Pub Garden 🍻

Following a recent report from a neighbour that a family pub garden contains children, noise, laughter, and the occasional football, we thought it might be worth sharing a gentle reminder 😉

As many of you know, we're a family-friendly pub and we're delighted to see families enjoying themselves. Children laughing, playing, making friends, and generally having a great time is something we consider a positive thing!

👀 That said, we'd like to gently remind parents and guardians to keep an eye on their children, particularly when it comes to:

⚽ Using our fences as football practice equipment (even though we have seen some fantastic goals 😉)

⚽ Kicking balls towards neighbouring properties, vehicles, or buildings.

🔊 And while we appreciate that excited children aren't known for their indoor voices, we'd be grateful if aspiring opera singers, dinosaur impersonators, and future air-raid sirens could keep performances to a reasonable volume 😉

We understand that a busy pub garden will never be a library, and we certainly wouldn't want to take the fun out of a family day out. However, in the interests of showing that we have taken the feedback on board from the local resident, we thought a friendly reminder was appropriate.

Thank you to the hundreds of customers who enjoy our pub, our garden, and the family atmosphere every week.
