🍕One More Slice is a brilliant independent pizzeria on Adare Street, Bridgend town centre run by Alec Gilmore, serving freshly made stone-baked thin-crust pizzas with gluten-free and low-calorie options. Opening in October 2025, they've quickly built a local following for quality ingredients, generous toppings, and friendly service—and I’ve enjoyed their pizza for lunch quite a few times now, highly recommended!
