ONCE YOU ARRIVE ON BRIDGEND ROAD TURN RIGHT INTO PANDY ROAD AND TURN LEFT ON HEOL-Y-LLYFRAU TURN LEFT AGAIN INTO THE BIG CAR PARK AND WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO SIMLA.

Given that it is a Bank Holiday weekend and a heatwave is anticipated, we have made the decision to extend our closure by an additional day next week! ☀️🏖 Our usual closure day is normally on Tuesday plus an extra day on Wednesday 27th May 2026. We will resume operations on 28th May 2026 with our standard opening hours. Thank you for your understanding. Hope you all have a lovely Bank Holiday Weekend!! 😎

Yesterday, we experienced several instances of customers arriving significantly ahead of schedule for collections, which regrettably led to delays for other orders. For example, some customers arrived within 10 minutes of placing an order, despite being advised of a 30-40 minutes preparation time. Please understand that early arrival does not guarantee immediate service, as our operations are based on order time, not a first-come, first-served basis. This approach ensures fairness to all customers and prevents extended wait times for others. Thank you for cooperation.
