We have a fantastic Sunday coming up on the 7th of June, when we will have presentations, Q & A and general chat around Community Cohesion with Symon Kendall (Chair of Community Council) a potential new business venture based at BCLC with Carly Downs owner of Madbakes and an insight into Cefn Cribwr boxing club who.are now based here with us in the old gym. Even better there'll be free refreshments and cake!! Communal worship will kick off the morning and then we'll get into it!! We’re looking for a solid CDP who actually gives a sh*t about food.

This isn’t a microwave-and-smile kind of place — we cook fresh, we move fast, and we expect standards. Brunch is our game, so think quality ingredients, clean plates, and busy services that don’t drag into the night.

What you’ll get:
• Daytime hours only (yes, really)
• Weekends are where it matters – that’s when we’re busiest
• A tight team, no dead weight
• Proper input – we want ideas, not robots
• A kitchen that’s organised and actually runs how it should

What we want:
• A CDP who can handle pressure without falling apart
• Someone who turns up, works hard, and takes pride in it
• Clean, consistent, and switched on
• Brunch experience helps, but attitude matters more
