Beginning 24 July, join us for an evening filled with exceptional small plates, handcrafted cocktails and sake in an intimate setting.

Settle in from the early evening as talented local musicians provide the soundtrack to your night, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind, share and savour every bite. We'll be doing themed nights throughout the summer, starting with acoustic night on 24th.

On 30 July, from 6:30pm, Sake Den presents three exclusive Omakase menus, curated and presented by Chef Randolf for one night only.
Derived from the Japanese phrase meaning "I leave it up to you", Omakase is a dining experience that places your meal in the hands of the chef, allowing each course to showcase the finest ingredients of the season with creativity, precision and care.

An Omakase night is an evening centered around an omakase dining experience, where the chef chooses and serves a multi-course meal based on the freshest ingredients available and their own expertise serving 8 course meal


This is a rare opportunity to experience Chef Randolf's interpretation of Omakase in an intimate setting.

Join us for our very first Omakase Night — an intimate and interactive dining experience led by our Head Chef, Randolf.
Derived from the Japanese phrase meaning “I’ll leave it up to you,” omakase is all about placing your trust in the chef’s creativity, skill, and understanding of the season’s finest ingredients. Throughout the evening, Chef Randolf will guide guests through a carefully curated seasonal tasting menu, sharing the inspiration, techniques, and flavours behind each course for a truly immersive experience.
To make the experience accessible to every guest, we are offering three thoughtfully crafted omakase menus: a fish, meat or vegetable set menu.
