Owning a restaurant is full of decisions that nobody else sees.

Some of them keep you awake at night.

Closing three days a week was one of those decisions.

Looking back now… it was the right one.

The food’s better. The atmosphere’s better. I’m back where I belong—behind the grill every service.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported BRGR, whether you’ve popped in for a burger, ordered a takeaway, shared a post or simply told someone about us. It all matters more than you probably realise.

Four incredible days will always beat seven average ones.

An 8oz Wagyu beef patty, American cheese, crispy bacon, fairground onions and our signature BRGR house sauce, all served in an Alex Gooch potato bun.
