Everything Everywhere All At Once: Science Meets Mindfulness’, this talk explores the connection between mind, body and awareness, sharing stories of exceptional healing, the science emerging around it and the power of faith. These stories are truly life-changing.

I am joined by my partner, Graham MacIver who is a living example of the power of this work, through his inspiring journey from a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer to self-discovery and healing.

The evidence I present will make you question our seemingly passive relationship with our bodies and reawaken you to your body’s natural intelligence and the power within.

The event takes place on Wednesday 22nd July at 6pm at the Cargill Centre in Kilmacolm.
