Sautéed chicken livers with shallots & parsley, watercress salad, raspberry dressing and ciabatta crostini.

Fillet steak served with truffle mash, asparagus, roasted shallot and red w**e jus.

Honey glazed duck with beets, tenderstem broccoli & a balsamic infused jus.

Finished with Mama’s bread and butter pudding 🤌🏼

Wild mushroom arancini with truffle velouté, crispy rocket & Parmesan shavings. Sublime with a lighter, earthy red such as Pinot Noir.

Honey-glazed duck breast with grilled tenderstem broccoli, herb mash & orange-infused gravy. Perfect with a fruity red such as Merlot.
