London, you’ve been f*cking wild.

The last couple of months have been a blur - long days, late nights, stress, chaos, packed services, lessons, wins… and somehow in the middle of it all, Meat Stop found a home here in Shoreditch.

What started as a burger residency has turned into something way bigger than we imagined. The support, the queues, the reposts, the people travelling across London to try us - none of it goes unnoticed.

Just good people serving proper food with energy.

Roast season is back and we’re not messing around.

Chickens roasted with love & lemons for the perfect amount of Thyme to keep the meat juicy and the skin roasty 😉 Beef & Lamb cooked pink, Yorkshire puddings that don’t collapse like your willpower, crispy potatoes, perfectly seasoned veg, and desserts that make you rethink your life choices.

The sauces are where it gets fun: punchy horseradish that actually hits, fresh mint sauce & real gravy from scratch - the whole lot.

All our meat comes from local farms - the same way we run the rest of the business: no nonsense, no shortcuts, no sad packets of pre-made nonsense. Just good food made fresh by people who care.

We put as much effort into our spiced bean patty as we do our beef.

This isn’t a veggie option we’ve bolted on to keep everyone happy. It’s made in-house, properly seasoned, built to eat like a burger and designed to work across the whole menu - burgers and tacos.

You can swap it into any burger instead of beef or chicken. Same build. Same sauces. Same energy.
Or have it in our spiced bean tacos with garlic buttered tortillas, pickled slaw and chimichurri.

Veggie. Vegan. Or just hungry.

Dry Aged beef burgers. Steak tacos. Crispy chicken tenders. Our signature smashed potatoes.
They look good, but what matters more is why they taste the way they do.

We’ve always been product first, business second (to our detriment at times 🫠).
From day one in Brentwood, our standards were high and moving to London didn’t change that… it challenged it.

Our beef? Still farmed in Essex.
Our buns? Let’s talk about those.

The bar was set sky-high in Essex, were always going to be hard to beat. We’ve spent months working hand-in-hand with our baker, tweaking, testing, re-tweaking (and then tweaking again) to get the brioche exactly where it needed to be. Soft but structured. Sweet but balanced. Strong enough to hold a proper burger without stealing the show.
If you know, you know.

Truth is, it’s taken the entire eight months we’ve been in London to get the product back to — and honestly, beyond — the standard we set back home. Multiple farms. Multiple butchers. Multiple bakers. A few “nearly there” moments. A few head-scratching ones too.

London’s been tough. Eye-opening. A massive learning curve.
But it hasn’t been all doom and gloom - we’ve eaten a lot of burgers along the way, which helps.

We’ll be the first to admit: in 2025, running a food business means doubling up as a content creator. Social media hasn’t always been our strong suit — we’ve been too busy obsessing over produce, suppliers and details most people never see. But we’re learning. Quickly.

What hasn’t changed is how much we care about what leaves the kitchen — and how excited we are about where we’re heading now that everything’s finally clicking.

This is the standard.
