What a beautiful evening! Today we're set up at the lovely Cedar Gables campsite in Goudhurst, and campers are already enjoying our homemade Jambalaya and mac'n'cheese. Come on down and join us! ☀️😎🌼

Wow! What an experience. Last Saturday we fed the teams at the quiz night - our first time serving from our horsebox. The heavens opened, but it didn't deter us! Thanks to everyone for their support, and we can't wait to get out there once more.

We're now back on our weekly deliveries, so order by tomorrow and enjoy homemade Cajun cuisine on Saturday night!

The rich tomato sauce in this dish is filled with onions, garlic, oregano (all from our garden) and fennel which adds a beautiful aromatic element to the whole dish. Served up on top of spaghetti - a real wholesome meal for everyone to enjoy.
