Every scoop in our cabinets starts right here. Across both our Brecon and Cardiff stores, all of our gelato is made in-house daily by our talented ice cream chefs 🤍

They’re in bright and early every morning getting the production process started - each store can make a variety of flavours from over 200 litres of mix each day to make sure those cabinets stay fully stocked ✨

From mixing and pouring to churning and freezing, there’s a whole lot that goes into keeping you lot supplied with your Llanfaes favourites.

Summer recap ☀️🍦🌼

This really has been a summer to remember! A huge thank you to everyone who has visited and supported our little business in both Brecon and Cardiff. 💛

There have been so many highlights - from Cardiff Food and Drink Festival and the Royal Welsh Show, to many, many busy days with queues stretching out the door. We appreciate every single one of you who waited patiently to order from us!

Our staff have absolutely smashed it, and somehow our chefs have managed to keep us from running out of ice cream… although there have definitely been a few close calls. You’ve really been trying your best to sell us out! 🍦😅
