As part of Helder Aboimโs weekly Mediterranean Saturday series, we are packing our bags and heading straight to Spain! โ๏ธ๐ท
Helder has created a delicious menu full of Spanish classics that will transport your tastebuds straight to the sun-drenched coast. ๐จโ๐ณโจ
Here is what Chef Giovanni is serving up this Saturday:

Traditional Spanish Beans & Vegetable Soup served with warm bread.
Lobster Bruschetta served with a fresh side salad (+ยฃ2 suppl).
Chorizo al Vino Tinto โ savory chorizo cooked in red wine, served with salad and crusty bread.

Roast Leg of Pork with rosemary & thyme, served with a selection of roast vegetables.
Classic Seafood Paella โ rich seafood rice packed with garlic, onions, tomatoes, peppers, and herbs (+ยฃ5 suppl).
Vegetarian Paella (v) โ a vibrant medley of fresh vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and garlic.
