Tonight we have been talking about different coloured boards for different foods, slicing vegetables and chicken, making our own sauce and learning to stir fry at SPY. (St Peter’s Youth).

They enjoyed the eating afterwards but where no-where to be seen for the washing up lol!

Not only pleasing to the eye but wonderful tastes to get any party feeling that bit more special - tapas anyone?

Sun dried tomato gnocchi, mushrooms baked in olive oil with blue cheese filling, tomato pepper and red onion frittata, garlic stuffed olives, peri-peri chicken, honey glazed pork belly & chorizo in a red w**e jus.
