Happy birthday to a wonderful sister and step-dad. This is a 3 layer chocca mocha fudge cake, layered with chocolate fudge icing and covered in dark chocolate and Irish cream ganache. With a gardening theme on one side and a Nightmare Before Christmas cake on the other side. It even managed to survive a 250 mile drive on a warm day with sharp braking involved.
