Today marks 14 years since we started trading in Braintree town centre. We started as a small takeaway sandwich shop and then four years ago, we moved to our café next to Braintree Museum.
Some of our customers have been with us from the start, some for the last four years and some may have only just found us however we would like to thank every single person who has supported us during this time.
The world is a very strange place at the moment and for us, running a small business is challenging but we have really enjoyed our journey so far and hope there are many more years to come!

Another hot week brings another salad; this time it's our take on the classic that is the caprese! A mixed salad with sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, mozzarella and finished with a nice drizzle of balsamic dressing!

Another hot week brings another salad to enjoy! This week we have tuna nicoise! A fresh salad with black olives, green beans, new potatoes, egg and tuna. It's available to eat in or take away!

One of our specials this week - butternut squash, avocado and chickpea salad. It's got the usual suspects within the salad but then some nice little surprises like pomegranate seeds and roasted butternut squash seeds (we like no waste! 🙌🏼). It's colourful, it's super good for you, it's vegan and it's here all week!
