We’re always asked if we will sell our caramelised onions in jars - would you buy it?

It’s labour intensive and constantly stirred which means we all take turns getting an arm workout - even Saf 🤭.

We do everything in hard mode because we are so strict on quality. If we can’t find a high quality supplier then we’ll make it from scratch in our kitchen ourselves - and so we’ve been doing this for 20 years.

The Halloumi Edit - added to the grilled sandwiches and too good to be vegetarian 🌱

Layers of flavour. Think basil pesto with sweet caramelised onions which we cooked down for several hours with perfectly grilled Halloumi.
Or go for Fiery Funghi with herby rosemary mushrooms, chilli sauce, onions topped with Haloumi - yum!
