Yesterday we hosted our first ever cupping session with .coffeeroasters

Big shoutout to for doing a great job of talking everyone through the origins and processes for each blend - the man really knows his beans.

Thanks to everyone who showed up despite gaffé feeling like a roastery itself.

Join us for our first ever Coffee Cupping session, hosted by Nathan from .coffeeroasters 🤝

​During this intimate, small group event, you’ll have the opportunity to sample a selection of incredible single-origin coffees. Nathan will also be providing an insight into the various processing methods, sharing the journey of how Casa sources and selects its beans directly from farm, to roastery.

FROM WORKSHOPS TO WEDDINGS !! ⛓️‍💥

Last weekend we were verrrry honoured to celebrate our lovely workshop legend’s wedding. Aint it crazy to think how you can go from strangers, to customers, to business collabs, to pals.

Amy chose gaffé as the location for her first ever workshop, watching both our communities and friendships grow has been so special. We bloody love ya Amy n Matthew! 🫶

Amy will be back at gaffé on Sunday 14th & 28th June for her first workshops here as a MRS! 💍

Onions have layers. Gaffé has layers.. this weekend we had the absolute honour of hosting our first ever hen do (and it was Shrek themed!!)

The legend that is trusted us with her full workshop kit for some jewellery making ⛓️‍💥

Our lovely studio neighbours & let us use their products to create our Shrek themed centrepiece 🍁🍄

All decorations were hand painted on recycled delivery boxes to keep things eco-friendly 📦
