It’s been a busy week this week! I was commissioned to travel to Jersey (Channel Islands) to make this fairytale wedding cake.
It consisted of:
- 6” white chocolate cake filled with chopped strawberries
- 8” lemon cake filled with lemon buttercream
- 10” half chocolate and half vanilla cake filled with chocolate and vanilla buttercream
12” red velvet cake filled with vanilla buttercream

+ a 4” brandy soaked traditional fruit cake which was kept in the back for the caterers to cut and serve
+ 4 gluten free & vegan vanilla cupcakes for the guests with allergies
