Sunbridge Wells is looking for experienced and energetic Bar Managers to join our team!

We’re looking for people who know how to run a busy, high-energy bar, can lead a team under pressure and has a genuine passion for great drinks — especially real ales.

The ideal candidate will:

🍻 Have previous experience managing or supervising a busy bar
🍺 Have a strong knowledge and passion for real ales
👥 Be confident leading and a team during busy matchdays
⚡ Be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
🍽️ Ensure the kitchen team is organised and able to handle busy food service
🎶 Have experience organising and coordinating live music events
🎧 Be confident arranging and managing DJ nights and events
📋 Be highly organised, reliable and commercially minded
🗣️ Have excellent customer service and communication skills

What we’re looking for

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership of the bar, build a strong team and help make Sunbridge Wells a go-to destination for great drinks, live entertainment and busy matchdays.
