The ideal candidate would be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to standardized recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, operating kitchen equipment, and managing inventory to minimize waste.

It has begun. Access is still exactly the same as before. Stroll along a now much quieter and peaceful Market Street to number 14.

One very positive change is now the lack of noise and fumes. No horns, engines, buses means we'll now have the doors open most of the time, which will cool us down in the warmer months!
