Hey All, 👋🏼

We would like to re-introduce you to our cafe located inside of📍Elm Tree Court, Ellar Carr Road, Thackley, BD10 0TD.

We are open ➡️

Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-15:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm-16:00pm for Sunday dinners (pre-orders only & limited spaces)

We have two menus, the Elm Tree Court & our Redi Prep Kitchen menu, both offering:

Breaksfast ▪︎ Brunch ▪︎ Daily Specials ▪︎ Meal Preps ▪︎ Meal Deals ▪︎ Homemade Pies & Homemade Desserts.

We have now expanded our services from our meal preps to our kitchen/cafe.

The Elm Tree Court menu is focused on traditional homemade cafe meals whereas our REDi PREP Kitchen menu is focused on our caribbean meal prep menus made fresh, perfect for after the gym or if you are looking for healthier food options!

We have a cosy seating area inside of Elm Tree Court or you can simply takeaway. We may also be able to provide delivery within the local BD10 area. 🛵

This time last week, we were a part of our first natural bodybuilding show!

We we're able to present ourselves amongst great athletes who showcased great passion and determination.

We, as the first ever meal prep company to support , were truly grateful to be a part of a cinematic production of world-class athletes.
