Important Update for Our Fratelli Family & Community ❤️
As many of you may have seen from local news posts regarding the early morning incident on Towngate, we wanted to reach out directly to keep you informed.
First and most importantly: everyone is completely safe, and no one was injured.
While heavy smoke affected our building due to an incident originating in the adjoining unit, emergency crews arrived swiftly to handle the situation. We want to extend a huge thank you to the fire services from Odsal, Spen Valley, and Bradford for their rapid response and hard work.
We are confident that everything will be fully sorted and back in order before we reopen after our summer holidays.
Moments like this test us, but with the incredible support of our team, our loyal customers, and our local community, we will get through this.
