After two wonderful weeks of recharging the old batteries, we are back open tonight. But be warned I will have to shut about 10mins early. I forgot I had a concert tonight in Manchester, so it’s a mad dash straight there.

Just a quick reminder to all our lovely customers that we will be CLOSED from Saturday the 4th of July until Tuesday the 21st of July while we take a short summer break!☀️🏖️

First of all I would like too say a massive thank you everyone who voted for us, it’s not something we expected to win.
Just making the final ten came as a pleasant surprise, so getting your support through your votes is greatly appreciated.
I have some wonderful customers who never let me down and come back every week.
Then I have the wonderful staff who work here, you make it a joy to be here along side you. You bring spirit and laughter everyday and put up with me, that alone deserves a medal.
Not forgetting past employees, you all must take credit as you also got me this far.
As you can no doubt tell, I didn’t expect to win and I had promised my staff a meal out if we came in the top four.
Now I was expecting or should I say hoping to be around 5th, 6th or 7th to be honest looking at the other shops put forward. Thinking I was safe in my prediction🤣🤣 the meal idea was putt out there. so yes we will be having a meal on me 🤦‍♂️.
On a final note, well done to all the other shops nominated, it’s tough times for chip shops at the moment and the fact your still open when we hear of so many having to close shows you that your customers love what you do.
We are all winners 👏👏👏.
Again thank you to my staff and customers for all your support.
