It has been 21 years since we took ownership of Bolton Junction. At the time, we really didn't know whether it will be a success or a failure? We came in to this business with only the knowledge of another food trade. It was a big jump into the ocean for us. When we saw the menu we even thought a scallop was a shellfish!!😅. But with the unwavering support of our valued customers we have managed to made this into one of Bradford's top fish and chips shop. We even got a verified blue tick on our Google search!
So it is with a heavy heart that we must announce our retirement from the fish and chips trade. Over the course of our tenancy,we have forged deep friendships and share countless moments of joy and laughters with our customers. These cherished memories will forever hold a special place in our heart.🥰
We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to our amazing staff.
We wouldn't be here without your help.
Especially our very own Carole who's been with us for over 13 years. Carole, you are a legend!!
And ofcourse, we can't forget Charlie and Alfie. They are always keeping things fun and making us laugh. Cheers guys!
Once again we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of you. We sincerely hope that each and everyone of you is blessed with good health and well being.
With our warmest regards
Leon and Kelly.
