🚨🍔🍪CHEF / COOK JOB 🍪🍔🚨

We are looking for a well motivated individual who is passionate about there work do you have the following qualifications and experience. We are a small business with a 30 seat dining capacity.

We are American inspired bistro /cafe /restaurant we currently open Tuesday- Sunday, Tuesday -Thursday 5pm-10pm and Friday - Sunday 5pm-10pm. We are looking to expand opening early morning - 10pm, the mornings we will be doing traditional English breakfasts and American inspired breakfasts such as pancakes, bagels & dinner time aiming to be more traditional having things such as deli choices, light choices, jacket potato’s, paninis, wraps, steak & rice ect.. but will also have some American inspired dishes. The morning & dinner menu is still being finalised… the normal menu currently is American inspired foods, burgers, steaks, hot dawgs, dirty fries, ect.. eventually this menu will also be extended to give customers the American dining inspired experience, we do desserts such as milkshakes, waffles, sundaes, cookidoughs, we are also taking contracts for bottomless brunch foods & maybe aiming to do this ourself over time, once we get the staffing right we can make the progress in expanding menus & bringing more creativity to the business, we are looking for someone to help bring new ideas forward to finish the menu and progress.
The ideal chef will be able to work on own initiative, be CREATIVE - ENTHUSIASTIC & PASSIONATE about the food they are cooking & serving to our customers.

* Full time hours.

* Catering qualified / equivalent
* NVQ level 2 plus
* Food safety
* Level 2 health and safety
* Minimum 1 year experience
* Ability to work independently
* Able to work flexible shift patterns

🚨Exciting news people !!!🚨
We have a new and extended menu coming in the next couple of weeks.

We are also looking to extend our opening times which will include mornings with a full breakfast and dinner menu. So this means we will be looking to expand our team so if your interested give us a message or call in the shop for more details basic cooking cleaning skills essential
Driving license would be a bonus I’m thinking our new opening times will be 7am-2pm and then also 5pm-11pm so plenty of hours to choose from ????
