Have you tried our Karachi Broast yet?

This Fried Chicken holds a special place in our hearts. It reminds us of being in Karachi sat down at the little restaurant as a family. We'd peel the crispy skin so the chicken could slight cool, we'd then roll the skin up, dipping it in the famous garlic sauce and devour that first enjoying the bursting flavours and crispness of the the skin.

We've played around with our chicken recipe for awhile until we finally nailed it. It's all cooked in our home made coating - non of that overly salted flour mix.

The chicken comes with the a special garlic sauce - not garlic mayo. A sauce that we remember drinking straight from the tiny containers they were served in.

Introducing the famous authentic Paratha Rolls in Bradford right from the streets of Karachi.

Our parathas are crispy and flaky on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
We offer a variety of fillings such as the famous chicken tikka known as Chicken Chutney Roll, Chicken Malai Boti which is a soft creamy spiced chicken, Beef Bihari - a tenderised spiced beef. All rolls are smeared in our green chutney with crunchy red onions for crisp.

The paratha dough and Beef Bihari both require alot of time and effort to prepare it correctly. We try our best to bring the authentic flavours in our food. All our food is freshly prepared with the best ingredients.

🚫No frozen paratha used here🚫

People who have had paratha rolls in Karachi before will not be disappointed and those trying for the first time are in for a treat.
