We had Bridge Yard Burgers over the summer, but now we’re moving inside, we’re changing things up a little…

Introducing Sweetpea Kitchen Friday Nights — gourmet 6oz burgers, our famous homemade pies and True Story beer on tap. And yes… we’re now doing takeaway! 🙌

Pop down and order, give us a ring and pre-order, or book a table and enjoy the full Sweetpea experience.

We know we’ve been talking about our pies a lot lately… but honestly, they deserve the attention. They’re not just good — they’re seriously good! 🥧

Made completely from scratch, packed with proper fillings and every one unique and individual. None of those flat little pies you see everywhere, or a stew hiding underneath a pastry lid.

You love our pies, and so do we, so let’s keep shouting about them! 📣

And tomorrow, we’re dropping TWO new ways for you to enjoy them. One of them means you can enjoy a proper Sweetpea pie at home without having to do any of the cooking. 👀

GOURMET BURGER, PIE & BEER NIGHTS 🍺🥧🍔

Launching Friday 2nd October, and then every Friday from 5:30pm–9pm.We’ve taken your three favourite things and turned them into one night. Gourmet burgers, our famous pies and a pint of something good. Plus, there’ll be monthly burger specials and a monthly pie menu to keep things interesting.

So cancel those Friday night plans and come and join us from the 2nd!

Now, you may have noticed we were closed a few Saturdays ago… well, that was for a very special occasion! 💍

Ed and Bernie got married ❤️

It was a lovely sunny day, surrounded by our favourite people, with lots of love, laughter and a few happy tears.

The honeymoon was amazing too and Ed loved his time off ! 🌍

The food and cake were okay as well… 😉🎂

Just 2 weeks to go until the first night of our Autumn Pie Night Series! 🍂

Pies are what we’re about here at The Sweetpea Kitchen, so what better way to welcome autumn than with our Harvest Pie Night?

We’ve got four homemade pies to choose from:

🥧 Chicken, leek & wild mushroom
🥧 Beef, True Story Hazy Pale Ale & Stilton
🥧 Pork, apple & cider
🥧 Butternut squash, sage & goat’s cheese

And for pudding: plum & ginger crumble, chocolate & salted caramel brownie, or blackberry & apple Eton Mess. 🍰

£39.50 per person, including your arrival drink — a glass of house wine, a pint of True Story beer, 0% beer or a soft drink.
