SHOESFEST 2026 🪩

It seems like it was just yesterday that we all got together for a good old knees-up for a whole week!

We showed off our local independent businesses, had a big old quiz off, a throwback to our childhood with party games, one of the best bars in London made the local hospitality workers tasty cocktails, young local up-and-coming bands battled it out, everyone was in awe watching the cabaret burlesque and fire, and then tied it all up with a performance from a band that came all the way from California.

What a week it was.

Thank you to everyone who came down and brought the community of Bradford-on-Avon and Wiltshire together, we really do live in a great little town!

🍺 STAFF TRAINING DAY DUMP 💪

We’re always striving to be better at the Shoes and last week we embarked on a strenuous Staff Training Day (STD) to help us up our game 😮‍💨

The end of the month will bring some changes for our booze offerings so we just had to pop to Bristol to check they were all up to scratch for you lovely lot 😘

As you can tell from these photos, it was really hard work and we didn’t have any fun at all… the drinks were bloody great though 🍻

Big shout outs to the back stage technicians, the performers, the musicians and DJs, our superstar bar staff and all of you legends for coming down and having some fun 🙏

Playing us out with their delicious ska blend was the mighty Monkey all the way from California! Along with on hand dishing out their finest whiskey. 🐵
