✨ A Recent Private Dining Experience ✨

Take a look at some of the dishes served at a recent private dining event, bringing a restaurant-quality experience directly into our clients' home.

Heritage tomato, buffalo mozzarella, pesto, tomato purée and toasted focaccia crisp.

Pickled beetroot, beetroot purée, goat's cheese mousse, pickled blackberries and roasted hazelnuts.

Salmon Wellington. Served with crushed new potatoes, asparagus, samphire and a chive & Parmesan cream sauce.

Lemon Meringue Tart. With forest berry compote and blackberry mousse.

* Spiced Panna Cotta. Served with caramelised apple purée, poached apple, vanilla biscuit and apple syrup.

Every menu is thoughtfully designed around the occasion, using quality ingredients and professional presentation to create a memorable dining experience in the comfort of your own home.

Another recent private dining menu:

Pan-seared scallops with pea purée, smoked pancetta, crispy onions and parsley oil to start.

Braised boudin of beef shoulder with herb granola, charred chicory, parsnip purée and potato pavé for the main course.

For pudding there was Sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce, with clotted cream ice cream to finish.

A recent private dining menu:

Beetroot cured hot smoked salmon with lemon mayonnaise, pickled cucumber, salmon mousse and sourdough crisp.

Pan-seared duck breast served with thyme mash, duck leg croquette, pickled blackberries, roasted baby carrots and a plum jus.

Passion fruit cheesecake with mango salsa and passion fruit curd to finish.

I focus on creating thoughtful, seasonal menus that suit the occasion, whether it’s a small dinner or something a bit bigger.
