from the bay of Lake Windermere. All food is cooked on site, sustainably sourced fish, British potatoes peeled, cut and fried all day everyday. We work hard to ensure our produce, cooking and service is to the highest standard. We aim to encompass dietary requirements with our vegetarian menu, hala chicken dishes, sauces and sides. Vinegar Jones only uses the freshest free range cod and haddock, which is caught in line with the fish quota to ensure sustainability. This is delivered daily from suppliers of Morecambe and Fleetwood. The fish is skinned and filleted, coated with Paul's secret recipe batter and fried to perfection.
