Join Our Team as a Sous Chef at Base One Café!

Located within the vibrant Bovingdon Airfield Studios, Base One Café is on the lookout for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. As a Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our breakfast items, sandwiches, baguettes, panini are prepared and served to movie production teams and contractors on site.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast items, sandwiches, and panini.

Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment

Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with shifts varying between 6am and 3pm.
